What verified web deletion removes
- Synced athlete profile and biometric data
- Synced run records and fuel event history
- Synced saved runs and carb-loading plans
- Synced product preferences and custom products
- Fuelstate-held Strava credentials, push records, and linked product analytics
- Supabase account credentials and Apple sign-in linkage
What in-app deletion also removes
- Core local profiles, runs, saved runs, plans, products, fuel and GI records
- External-activity decisions and route-cue data
- Active shared run state, pending notifications, and Live Activities
- Not every preference, cache, Keychain ledger, HealthKit anchor, pending Watch action, or other integration state is guaranteed to be cleared
What we cannot delete for you
- Apple Health workouts — remove manually in the Health app
- Apple subscriptions and billing history — manage through Apple
- Activities already uploaded to Strava — manage through Strava
- Records held separately by analytics, subscription, diagnostic, support, map, email, or merchant providers — see the Privacy Policy or contact us for a provider-level request

If an account exists for that address, you'll receive a link within a few minutes. Click it to permanently delete your account.
Faster: if you have the app installed, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to delete the remote account and run the app's core local cleanup without confirming by email.
