How does Fuelstate calculate my fuel plan?
Fuelstate uses the profile and run details you provide—including body weight, distance, duration, intensity, terrain, and conditions—to calculate carbohydrate, fluid, and sodium targets. It then turns those targets and selected products into quantities and timing for the run. Fuelstate provides educational sports-nutrition guidance, not medical advice.
Does Fuelstate access my health data?
Fuelstate can optionally read HealthKit data such as heart rate and workouts for fueling features, workout import or matching, and saving completed Fuelstate runs back to Apple Health. If you create an account, Fuelstate profile, run records, and workout-derived summaries may sync so you can restore them across devices. We do not sell health data or share it with advertisers.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Fuelstate → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID — as long as you're signed in to the same Apple ID, your access will restore automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fuelstate → Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in-app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or via our account deletion page. Both remove your remote Fuelstate authentication account and Fuelstate-controlled synced records. In-app deletion also removes core local profiles, runs, plans, products, fuel and GI records, and route data on that device, but does not guarantee that every preference, cache, Keychain ledger, Watch action, HealthKit anchor, or integration state is cleared. Deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription or automatically delete records held separately by platform and service providers. See the Privacy Policy for the full scope.
What products does Fuelstate support?
Fuelstate includes a built-in catalog of common endurance nutrition products — gels, chews, drink mixes, electrolytes, salt tabs. You can also add custom products from your own kit.
